Because every Diamonds by Ari piece is handcrafted specifically for each client, all custom and made-to-order jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

We have built multiple approval checkpoints into our design process to safeguard from any dissatisfaction. From selecting your center stone to reviewing your CAD rendering and final design details, you'll have the opportunity to review and approve your ring before production begins. This collaborative process allows us to create a piece that reflects your vision and helps minimize the likelihood of surprises upon delivery.

If your ring arrives with a manufacturing defect or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to making it right and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
